Instead of wandering around the concourse, you're free to focus on the business at hand.


Consolidated Billing
After the trip, you'll enjoy the convenience of our consolidated billing. Within approximately two weeks of the event, you get a single statement that details each activity individually and a summary of trip charges (invoice or receipt). If you like, we can even customize your invoice to meet specific billing needs. For example, we can consolidate billing by road show, meeting or event. Billing cycles can also be customized to reflect daily, weekly, biweekly or monthly charges..
